We have stuff to talk about...

A few months ago, Rosemary Black suggested creating a dedicated website for our Jacob’s Landing owner group.  No one else moved on it, so I decided to take the lead and start building a space for us to communicate together!

FEATURE ONE.

My main goal is to create a private, "mini-social network" just for our community. Think of it as our own private hub where we can easily share updates, post ideas, and discuss the upcoming reclad project. With so many big decisions ahead of us, I believe having a central place to communicate openly will help us navigate these changes together.

FEATURE TWO

"To make sure we stay truly connected, the site includes a private, 'always-open' video chat room. Think of it as a virtual front porch—a dedicated space where you can drop in at any time to have heart-to-heart conversations with your neighbors and friends. It’s a safe place to share concerns, ask questions, and support one another as we navigate the reclad project together."

SPECIAL FEATURE

As a special freature for those of you renting out your condos, this site will also include an informal directory to help potential renters find your specific booking pages (like Airbnb or VRBO). While the site isn't a reservation service itself, it’s a great way to point guests in the right direction.
